Completed in late 2019 on behalf of our Client, PrecisionDM was engaged to manage the development for our full lifecycle scope of works, minus site acquisition. After being engaged in late 2018, our team successfully delivered the triplex in less the 12 months, including; design, approvals, finance, documentation, construction and leasing.

A design was submitted and approved by the City for three new homes, each consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car garages. The Builder was able to deliver a high specification for the area, within a tight budget. Construction took place over the winter months, however the build was still delivered in 5 months, including all turnkey items.

The development proved a success, with each new dwelling leased within a week of key handover, for above median per week rent for the area.
