The PrecisionDM took over this project once the Client had obtained Development Approval and sought to engage a builder, managing the process themselves. PrecisionDM were then engaged to extend the Development Approval, and procure a builder, managing the project through to Practical Completion.
During the documentation stage a number of cost engineering solutions were implemented to maintain the specification, whilst reducing the construction price.
Throughout the siteworks component of the build, buried asbestos and caprock were encountered, excavated and removed from site, in a cost efficient and timely manner, resulting in a minor cost variation and no claim for an extension of time.
The project was completed on time and budget, with a split between selling and leasing the finished product.
